GBevercross 10k pro Ridefaboard ordered from them the evercross 10k pro, the communication was well, better written than spoken, this seems like a chinese website, I think they are all situated in china, and ship from a warehouse in the US. they shipped the scooter quite fast , within a week it arrived . they offered a 5% discount coupon so the price was good

GBI feel completely ripped off by this… I feel completely ripped off by this store. It hurts me to my core. We saved up enough money to get a double battery e-bike from ridefaboard, we need extra wheels to pick our children up while one adult worked. The bike came so broken, no owners manual, no instructions, the pegs were busted in half. Those are problems I can put aside. The motor will not spin the wheel. So it’s just a heavy bike. This shop (if it’s even real) has just sent me a few short emails. No solutions,no apology, just one word emails. I urge you if you value you’re hard earned money, do not get ripped off like I did. The lesson is, customer service is dead, and if you work hard for your money to feed your family, buy from a real dealer.
