GBAfternic telephone support people are… Afternic telephone support people are smart and deeply knowledgeable. Really good and usually just a short wait. However, only available in standard business hours. 6 pm East Coast they're gone for the day. Don't be upset. They are spending their support budget on quality, not on spreading 24/7. The reality is if they hired more people to cover 24/7 they couldn't pay well and those new people would not know as much and they would have to bleed money away from daytime support so daytime attrition would be replaced with lower paid superficial knowledge people. SO: I REALLY PREFER AFTERNIC's present method of customer assistance, normal business hours. Finding time during your workday your call will be shorter due to shorter wait time and their person speaking US English and understanding you. Minor downside their url landing pages are only black and white, no colors, no cool designs.

She has a truly friendly manner, has great patience and is extremely knowledgeable about the inner workings of Afternic. She explained everything that I asked her with confidence and accuracy. I would say that she is a really terrific employee to have working for Afternic. Cassie is tip-top in my book !!!

GGno domain, almost 3 months to get the refund I purchased a domain on Afternic on the 10th of October 2023 at a cost of $10K. Sadly I made a big mistake by making this payment by wire. It is now the 19th of December, I did not receive the domain and my money is still missing. I have been in touch with Afternic support on a regular basis but nobody tells me anything definite. Now considering taking legal action. This situation is totally unacceptable, it is during a time of economic hardship for many small businesses and on top of that comes just before Christmas. Refund received on the 5th of January.

CAAbsolutely horrid experience with… Absolutely horrid experience with Afternic. Sold my domain, and they said the payment refused to go through and I triple checked all the information. Now they are refusing to send the full amount owed. Do not do business with them, they stole the proceeds of my sale, stating “transaction fees by their system”. In what world do you take over a month to send a simple ach payment and then charge $60 in fees????
