Very Poor Experience Really disappointed with this company. Bought a domain name at an agreed price on January 21st, funds were verified as taken on 22nd. I chased them up on the 25th after not receiving any updates and then again on 1st Feb. On 2nd Feb they cancelled the order citing being unable to verify ownership of the domain. At first I took this at face value but today I see the domain relisted as available on their site again at three times what I was paying, so I'm pretty disgusted about it. For this reason I would not recommend this company and am very unlikely to ever use them again myself.

Absolutely horrid experience with… Absolutely horrid experience with Afternic. Sold my domain, and they said the payment refused to go through and I triple checked all the information. Now they are refusing to send the full amount owed. Do not do business with them, they stole the proceeds of my sale, stating “transaction fees by their system”. In what world do you take over a month to send a simple ach payment and then charge $60 in fees????

I am curious about Afternic's recognition and sale of my over 100 valuable domain names. There are 2 issues that I think will contribute to Afternic's systems. The first is the ability for searchers to see how old the domains offered for sale are and to be able to filter on this issue. The second is that some domains already have a working website. For this, it should be seen in searches and search results that they have a website and the domain name and website price should be included as an option in the system.
