INSo far so good I subscribe to the Cloud VPS package on RADWEB for few months. While the hosting itself it's not the best around (but still better than most), their customer support is top notch and willing to help more than i expected. So far I'm enjoying my stay here :)

GB2 years ago I gave this group 5 stars 2 years ago I gave this group 5 stars, unfortunately now they are a zero. Their site was shut down for 5 days and I almost lost my business. There was no communication either by phone or email, nor were they responsive to attempts to reach them by phone, chat, email, or social media. They came back online in 5 days, claimed a subcontractor failed to pay bills and they were turned off. Subsequently it took 5 weeks for them to return our colocated server. To this date their support phone number is unavailable, and their responsiveness to chat sessions is variable.

GBRadWebHosting saved me from GoDaddy! I had been running my Wordpress websites on GoDaddy. Fed up with some issues my site was having synchronizing with another, I vented on Twitter. RadWebHosting replied to my rant with an offer to migrate my site and domain and host it, offering a lower price than I had been paying. The transition went seamlessly, the synchronization problem was fixed immediately, and every small issue I've had since has been resolved quickly by tech support. I should have migrated years earlier!
