2 years ago I gave this group 5 stars 2 years ago I gave this group 5 stars, unfortunately now they are a zero. Their site was shut down for 5 days and I almost lost my business. There was no communication either by phone or email, nor were they responsive to attempts to reach them by phone, chat, email, or social media. They came back online in 5 days, claimed a subcontractor failed to pay bills and they were turned off. Subsequently it took 5 weeks for them to return our colocated server. To this date their support phone number is unavailable, and their responsiveness to chat sessions is variable.
