This is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!! This is an ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Not only the software is not worth it, but if you purchase a license, REMEMBER TO NOT RENEW IT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WARN YOU! My subscription renewed and I received email from PayPal. I IMMEDIATELY requested cancellation in PayPal and guess what... PayPal asked me for proof that I did not received communication?!?! How can I prove something that I did not received?!?! Also, the seller refused to refund (it had literally been hours, not even a day, after renewall and they simply refused). This is utterly unbelievable and I NEVER ever did anything even remotely similar to ANY customer of mine.

Awful Awful. Doesn't work. They do not respond in the time promised this company had very misleading ads and information on their site. Waste of money.

Horrible. My Mac crashed and I found Ibeesoft. Purchased the recovery software, never recieved a link. In a weeks time I have emailed Ibeesoft three times with no reply back what so ever. This is highly unprofessional and apparently I cannot get a refund even though it falls under the full refund guidelines from the company.
