GBNo file extension, mislead about upgrades. The slides don't have file extensions - how do you use them? I tried to upgrade from monthly to semi-annual since I used my 10 downloads thinking something was wrong with the files but the customer service rep gave me the runaround. Claimed he would give me a big discount but in reality he just took off what I already paid. Completely misleading.

GBJack Warner at slidegeeks gave me great support I dealt with Jack Warner at slidegeeks. I created an account and lost my old downloads when my computer crashed. Jack helped me access my account and data. Their slide decks are superb. I'm a project manager , not a powerpoint guru, and the decks i chose really helped me to create some great presentations.
