GBGreat customer experience I just finished a chat experience with Jack on Slidegeeks.com. What a wonderful troubleshooting experience. I was unable to get into my account and reset password was not generating the usual experience. Turns out my authentication email was an old employer email. Jack was able to change my user email to my current address and wa-la, I was in. Thank you Jack and Slidegeeks. Quick, painless and simple. Trish

GBNo file extension, mislead about upgrades. The slides don't have file extensions - how do you use them? I tried to upgrade from monthly to semi-annual since I used my 10 downloads thinking something was wrong with the files but the customer service rep gave me the runaround. Claimed he would give me a big discount but in reality he just took off what I already paid. Completely misleading.
