No file extension, mislead about upgrades. The slides don't have file extensions - how do you use them? I tried to upgrade from monthly to semi-annual since I used my 10 downloads thinking something was wrong with the files but the customer service rep gave me the runaround. Claimed he would give me a big discount but in reality he just took off what I already paid. Completely misleading.

Unable to cancel subscription I canceled my subscription and they are still charging me. This company is awful.

Garry Garry was very thorough in his demo and explanation of the Slidegeek tools and templates available for each member level. I will be using the templates frequently and encourage others to sign up.
