Lack of customer support and empty promises Unlike how their website advertises there are no silly questions and users are welcome to ask questions anytime, my email has been left unanswered for two + weeks despite having sent them multiple follow ups. Very frustrating. Unfortunately they are not interested in you if you have a small business. I was so excited about this platform at first but everything wonderfully depicted on their website seem to be just empty promises.

I was a victim of fraud by one of their partners - the JonaPR media database. I bought a Lifetime Access and it did not work. I wrote email after email to JonaPR about the problem but no one answered me. I had lost hope and as a last act of desperation I turned to Lemon Squeezy, to be honest, I didn't expect anyone to react from there either. What was my surprise when at the moment I turned to Lemon Squeezy, they literally took me by the hand and until JonaPR gave me a refund (for a while he naturally resisted doing it) they did not abandon me at any point! They really cared if I got my money back! I felt under the protection of a friend and it gave me a sense of security, for which I am sincerely grateful. Amazing team and professionals!!!

scam company I want to warn all entrepreneurs. This is a scam company. I registered with them and honestly sold my products through their payment system. I had no chargebacks and no objections from clients. But this company simply blocked my account and did not pay me the money that I honestly earned. I lost over 6 thousand dollars. After that, I wrote about it in their Slask chat and they simply blocked my Slask account and deleted the comment. Please, be careful.

The best website for selling your software or service I have been using this site since the beginning of 2022 to sell my service (Discord bot). I went around all such sites and this one turned out to be the only one that did not refuse me and that does not require me to have my PayPal, Stripe or something else to accept payment from buyers. Payment is accepted on the internal PayPal of the site, and payouts are made once every 2 weeks to the specified details. Problems with using the site were only at the beginning, when after the first few payments my account was frozen indefinitely. After a month of ignoring support, I had to write to one of the founders on Twitter to help me. And a few hours later, the account was unfrozen. Is it a coincidence? I don't think. My friend was also helped only by a message on Twitter. After verification, I started running a business and in general there were no problems. By the way, after verification, support responds on average once every 2 days. Another big advantage is that you don't have to pay a monthly subscription. All other sites charge you money. Since this is the best site in its class for me, I gave it 5 stars.
