Lack of customer support and empty promises Unlike how their website advertises there are no silly questions and users are welcome to ask questions anytime, my email has been left unanswered for two + weeks despite having sent them multiple follow ups. Very frustrating. Unfortunately they are not interested in you if you have a small business. I was so excited about this platform at first but everything wonderfully depicted on their website seem to be just empty promises.

I was a victim of fraud by one of their partners - the JonaPR media database. I bought a Lifetime Access and it did not work. I wrote email after email to JonaPR about the problem but no one answered me. I had lost hope and as a last act of desperation I turned to Lemon Squeezy, to be honest, I didn't expect anyone to react from there either. What was my surprise when at the moment I turned to Lemon Squeezy, they literally took me by the hand and until JonaPR gave me a refund (for a while he naturally resisted doing it) they did not abandon me at any point! They really cared if I got my money back! I felt under the protection of a friend and it gave me a sense of security, for which I am sincerely grateful. Amazing team and professionals!!!

Scam!! Scam!!! I have acquired a license from caley.io. It was said that Caley will be released on March 05. When I inquired, I found that the website was offline and the email from support was suddenly deleted.

Sales increased over 300% - collected over 65k in 3/mos. I wish I found Lemonsqueezy sooner, first 3 months collected over $65,000 in new customers as their checkouts have an insane CTR. I have a couple small SAAS companies that needed to have the flexibility and scaleability that “the big guys have”. LemonSqueezy has gone above and beyond with what seems to be a constantly evolving and growing product. I needed to connect and build on their API with a few clicks (they do). I needed to have affiliate partnerships and automatically take out payments / see history (they do). I needed customer support who ACTUALLY cares and is helpful (they go above and beyond). Before Lemonsqueezy I struggled and was frustrated with over 5 different competitors. Not to mention I have to constantly signup to 4 sites to do what Lemonsqueezy does all in 1. I highly suggest and recommend at least TRYING Lemonsqueezy. I swear you’ll laugh at how easy it is and how effective implementing their systems are. STOP leaving money on the table.
