Works well. Works well so far. If you have some tech knowledge, it's a great personal backup solution. Recommended.

Options options and more options Been a while since I've used this, but the flexibility of the program was great - including the ability to back up to my own S3 devices. It simply works, and with the number of different providers, there are not many use cases where this won't just work. With changes in the organization, I'm planning on expanding the use to a number of different platforms once again.

Incredibly hit & miss (But mostly miss)... Incredibly hit & miss I have been using some of their products for some time now, and they are shockingly unreliable. 4 out of 5 times that I try to copy/move something to S3, their software just sits and does nothing. After trying again a few times, eventually it works. I have been unable to find any common thread in the instances where it doesn't work. I have tried it across different buckets, from different machines, copying and moving; it seems entirely random. In conclusion, not a product worth spending time or money on. Edit 1 - 21/12/2017: I have now given up on their products entirely. I think the 1 in 5 success rate I had was a fluke, as it went down to 1 in 20 or so. It was easier for me to program scripts in AWS CLI to do what this program was meant to do then keep trying. Edit 2 - 21/12/2017: The reply Cloudberry asking me if I have opened a support case is hilarious, and one of the reasons they only get 1 star (But I forgot to add it in my original review. You can't ask them for support unless you're a paying customer (and I am glad I didn't waste my money on software that doesn't work). Instead they direct you to some generic forums for IT questions. this wouldn't be so bad if they had their own dedicated sub-forum, but since they don't, you're on your own... Good luck with that... (This is also why I've reduced this to a 1-star review)

Good DIY Backup Solution I have been evaluating CloudBerry Desktop Backup on a Windows 10 machine and a Linux (Mint 17.1) machine for about a week now. I am uploading to a Backblaze B2 account and have numerous backup plans uploading to a number of Backblaze buckets as well as doing some LAN backups to a local file server on our network. So far, everything has worked really well. I do wish the Linux version's feature set was as robust as the Windows version. With that being said though, both versions are adequately meeting my needs. For the few minor issues I have had Cloudberry's support has been very responsive and helpful. Would recommend.
