Communication is Key Having a company that can provide interpreters for our patients when we need them is important. Most languages are covered and available. The lack of a 5-star rating deals with administrative-paper processes: not getting a signed copy of the encounter form for patient chart & accounting (recommend a NCR form), not having encounter forms for all line items billed (on monthly invoice) and not being billed for all encounters in a timely manner (some come through 2-3 months later).

Everything were done pretty fast, it was kind of pricey but i didn't have any issue of getting my paper work. They were quick and easy to respond back.

Impecable Service! Ethan and crew are always super quick and accomodating in finding our facility an interpreter when needed. Kathleen and Melanie are both amazingly kind American Sign Language interpreters, to not only our mutual patient but to our employees too.
