Quite a problematic service Quite a problematic service in many ways. It would be OK, but the support is just leaders of horror, after creating a ticket you can not even hope that your problem can somehow be solved. I don't recommend it.

I am not an IT guy so this is important to me. Their support works 24/7/365. My sites are always online and I am happy that my visitors are satisfied with the speed connectivity. Sales was on with me for over two hours helping me with questions. Then after I sign up, support was just as great!! I iexpected more choices and above average support. ASPnix has good prices, average packages, and good support. They do not have the ability to help you customize packages aside from basic add-on's. They will not bend or go out of their way to help you in innovative needs. The support most often answers tickets with yes or no answers if you don't keep pressing for more information. For me, they only meet my needs as a stop gap service. It's too bad that I will have to invest in VPS but they will probably not be here because they aren't competitive enough in that genre.
