I had an ordinaray experience with… I had an ordinaray experience with Fragrance Express. I bought a few prdocuts from their website, and the overall expeerience was almost good. The prdoucts arrived in a timely manner and the quality was decent. It was a bit more expensive than I expected, but I guess that's what you geet with luxury products. Overal, by the end of my experiece I was overall satisfied. I would overall recommend to try them out, especially if you are looking for xclusivity. Ovrerall a good expereince.

They have very bad business practices and besides that they will just ignore you when you contact them. Stay away from them and save some headaches. DISGUSTING BUSINESS

I purchased shampoo and conditioner and… I purchased shampoo and conditioner and was very pleased with the packaging and timely delivery. The bottles were secured and packaged well, nothing spilled. I’d purchased this before from another company and it was a mess, not packaged properly and it had spilled in the box. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from fragranceexpress.

The product did not come in its… The product did not come in its original packaging. The product was taped over the top. It did not meet my expectations based upon your description. I was expecting a brand new product in its original packaging and not something with tape over the top. I sent an email about my disappointment and never heard one word back so that's why you're getting this bad review. Be responsive to your customers.

Ordered 2 items on website. Ordered 2 items on website.. came within timeframe advised. one item was missing. emailed the company and corresponded with Jack who investigated and explained item was out of stock. issued a refund immediately and came back into my account within a couple of days.. I've never dealt with a company who took ownership of a problem immediately without the need for extra information... when the item comes back into stock I will 100% purchase from them. def worthy of this 5 * review!
