IEI ordered 5 items I ordered 5 items, 2 were delivered within 2 week but it's now been 2 more weeks and the remaining 3 items have not been delivered. I've emailed to ask for help in tracking the outstanding items and have not been assisted in tracking the missing items. If someone in your customer service dept sees this could I please be contacted?

GBI purchased shampoo and conditioner and… I purchased shampoo and conditioner and was very pleased with the packaging and timely delivery. The bottles were secured and packaged well, nothing spilled. I’d purchased this before from another company and it was a mess, not packaged properly and it had spilled in the box. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from fragranceexpress.

GBFast Delivery My order arrived quickly and was not damaged. This was my first time ordering from Fragrant Express so I was a bit skeptical since I had never heard of the company prior to my order. They had a great deal on my conditioner that I couldn’t pass up. I will definitely be ordering with them again.

GBI GOT SCREWED OUT OF MY MONEY!!!! I Ordered Dior homme original like the picture showed on the website but they sent me Dior Homme 2020 (completely different scent). I reached out to customer service to voice their mistake. A guy by the name of Jack reached back out to me via email (jack at fragranceexpress.com) and gave me a few options to resolve the issue. I responded back 3 times without a response from Jack. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I guess I'm stuck with this fragrance that I didn't order. So I was a victim of false advertisement on their website and then their customer service screwed me over as well.
