Somehow my email was not entered into… Somehow my email was not entered into the new website and my annual box was sent without me getting to customize. She explained policies, reported it and had it fixed. Also allowed me to customize my box. Appreciated it as I’ve been a member since 2018.

Received a damaged item. Problem was solved, I haven’t received it yet but I’m confident it will arrive soon.
