Corrected my problem and refunded me within a day and I was able to grab all my favorite items with my swap for credit! Thank you all so much!!!

I just recieved my spring box and to… I just recieved my spring box and to say it was disappointing is an understatement! I chose my 4 choices and received a shampoo and conditioner and that was it!! I looked forward to seeing what new products would be included and was shocked! I’ll be cancelling. I was thinking of ordering for daughter in laws for Christmas/birthday but am glad I didn’t:(

I honestly don’t know how they find the most amazing selection of top notch products from milk frothers to placemats to lip gloss to ear muffs ALL amazingly high quality 6 products for $60 per quarter or less if you are an annual subscriber. Apparently and UNSURPRISINGLY FFF has over a million subscribers. And in spite of inflation they STILL do NOT sacrifice quality and deliver the best. I anticipate the change of seasons when the FFF spoilers start rolling out. Bravo to Katie and Tasha and everyone who brighten our lives.

My box never arrived and I was shipped… My box never arrived and I was shipped a new one, but with new items because the ones I ordered are no longer available. Super sad that I am not getting what I originally asked for. Please research FEDEX.

I missed the customization window for… I missed the customization window for the Spring 2024 box as I was out of access for a period of time. I reached out to FFF customer service to ask if there was anything they could do. Nette reached out to me and provided the opportunity to customize my selections, outside the window. Nette was quick to respond and offered suggestions and solutions. There were a couple of items I would have selected but they were sold out so I chose other options and am very satisfied with the outcome.
