DON’T HESITATE, BUY IT NOW! :) I use to purchase gel polish from third party sellers until I saw an ad for Rossi’s gels and dips and decided I’d try out the dips because they last longer. Holy smokes, their products are beyond gratifying that after purchasing my first test order I bought 100+ more dips! Truthfully once you buy from them you’ll never go back to another company again, and also don’t forget to join their Facebook group as well for announcements on deals, restocks and help from other customers or even Rossi themselves!

Will never purchase again I purchased two items thinking from Australia . Taken weeks to get and I'm sent the wrong colours . According to Rossi customer service through emails with a person with very bad broken English informing they are the right ones . They are dull, not glittery and couldn't look any diffrent to the colours I have purchased .

My experience with rossinails.com was… My experience with rossinails.com was almoust good. I have bought some items a couple times before and I was happy with the quality of the items. Nothing spectucalar and the customer service was ok. They could be better at handling requests and getting back to customers in a more timely manner. That said, it wasn't a bad experiece either. All-in-all, I would recommend them for people looking for basic products, but if you're looking for something higher end, the selection may not be as varied here.

But after contacting customer service, they responded so fast and the issue was solved in 2hours. They shipped me the replacement in next day. They have wonderful customer service representatives. I can not wait try more products from Rossi!!

Ordered from them a month ago still nothing Ordered from them a month ago, received no tracking and no product!! contacted them about 4 times already, email, on Facebook as well as instagram, They seem to be ignoring my messages as they posted 2 weeks ago on their social media. Would definitely not recommend anyone to buy from them. Pathetic.
