NZOrdered from them a month ago still nothing Ordered from them a month ago, received no tracking and no product!! contacted them about 4 times already, email, on Facebook as well as instagram, They seem to be ignoring my messages as they posted 2 weeks ago on their social media. Would definitely not recommend anyone to buy from them. Pathetic.

GBWarning: Rossi Products Are Addictive When the pandemic hit, I didn’t want to risk going to the salon to get my nails done. After sitting at home every day in my pajamas without doing my hair and makeup, I wanted a way to feel pretty again, so I started doing my nails myself. The Rossi products are gorgeous and easy to use, and their customer service is out of this world. The best part is honestly the Rossi community where I can connect and bond with fellow mani addicts and share our love of the products. This is definitely an obsession now, and I don’t think I’m ever going back to the salon, even when things are normal again.

GBI order march 5th it says 72 hours… I order march 5th it says 72 hours maximum to ship . Its almost 17th and still says order place. I paid with afterpay i submitted a dispute . Costumer service dpnt answer my emails and dont answer the dispute either. Ive been told their costumer service is really bad. Well i confirm that. Stay away for this company they are not serious.

GBBest customer service! I’ve been using Rossi since the pandemic started and so glad I picked them. Their shipping has always been quick and accurate. Their customer service is above 5 stars for sure. Anytime you reach out to them for anything, their response is almost immediate. This type of customer service is very rare these days. This alone will keep me coming back!

GBDreadfull service Dreadfull service, waited 10 days and no update regarding my order so I decided to email customer service. Who emailed back to say the items I had ordered weren't available! Had I not emailed I would have been none the wiser. I'm now waiting for a refund, which I have very little confidence that I'll receive based on the service recieved so far.
