GBNothing short of amazing 👏 After receiving my first fragrance at the half price promotional rate, I was HOOKED anddd immediately ran to my account to change my monthly premium subscription to the 2 a month plan. 😆 🤣 😂 The smell was amazing and as fragrant as I remember it to be. I started with a scent I'm familiar with and it's just as I expected. Thank you Scent Box! My calendar is full and I'm already excited to receive my next 2 scents. 2 came today and I'm in loooove!

GBI'm currently loving Scentbox I'm currently loving Scentbox. The service has been great. While I do wish there was an app available, the selection they offer surpasses many competitors. They have to stuff you want. Excitedly awaiting my next shipment! Although I wish it were faster, usually takes more than a week.

GBI love ScentBox! I love ScentBox! I received my first monthly subscription last month and happened to dislike one scent, despite researching the notes and reading reviews for it across multiple sites. ScentBox offers exchanges and I was able to get a new scent scent to me! Other scent subscription sites don't offer that, OR half the fragrance selection that ScentBox has. They ship their packages when they say they will (which sounds like bare minimum but it's more than I can say about their competitors).

GBNo way to contact company I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year but my order from 11/22/22 supposedly shipped the next day but was just now received on 12/31/22. I’m not sure how shipping takes over a month, but I was never contacted or updated. The “contact us” link on the website doesn’t work so there’s no way to speak to a representative. Never had a problem in the past but now I’m hesitant to use in the future. They clearly have no problem taking my monthly payment despite not receiving the previous months supply.

GBImpossible to contact anyone Didn't have a great experience. I have called multiple times, left a voicemail, sent multiple emails and have yet to hear back. I decided to cancel my son's subscription and will be using a different company. Unsure if we will get his February shipment that has already been paid for.
