I would find a different company for these products… The email address listed on their site is not working. Messages sent to it are returned as "invalid address". Their customer support phone number links to a Google Voice phone. They don't return messages. I would avoid this company.

Additionally, the inside of the tip is ground accurately so that the tangs come together fully flush all around the tip edge (this tweezer has a round tip). I received them in less than a week, so fulfillment and shipping is very good.
