GBProfits more than people and pets DO NOT FALL FOR THE WELLNESS PLAN SCAM. This company is absolutely more concerned with profits than people. While they may have some individual vets or care providers who are nice, the company culture is completely disinterested in pet welfare except to the extent they can continue to make money off of you. The corporate vet model has done a real disservice to the industry as a whole. I feel stupid for not having realized what this company is before booking our first appointment with them a few years ago. The first appointment was fine, but it's all been downhill from there. We were trying to keep continuity of care and stick it out with BetterVet, but finally hit the breaking point of no return with their current business model.

GBVets who truly care Vets who truly care, knowledgeable and take time to explain everything. I had a pleasure meeting doctor Kuppek and her assistant and was blown away by their professionalism and how they handle their cats patients, as well keeping in touch with labs updates. Reaching out to BetterVet customer support with some extra questions was pretty easy as well. So far I have had a great experience and glad that I found a mobile healthcare provider for my cats.

GBOnly bother if it is end of life care Only bother if it is end of life care. They will not cancel the service even when I had to take the cat to a normal vet to get diagnoses of hyperthyroidism. They kept saying it was anxiety. Now they send emails saying I am NPS - Detractor Hi Team, There's a new DETRACTOR 🙁 sad-and-depressed-dog-with-tears Waste of money! They run tests and don't share the results! Several visits in person, online and with 3 different doctors. Only thing the doctors were willing to do was for anxiety or fleas. My cat had an ear infection, and hyperthyroidism. They left my cat in pain, taking 800+ dollars without caring to fix the problem.
