GBIdeal vet experience for my 3 cats. I wasn’t sure how a home visit would go but it was ideal for our three cats. The doctor and assistant arrived exactly when they said they would, they carefully listened to our concerns and took the time to explain their philosophy behind their recommendations. Our cats were completely unphased by the experience. Just like having company over. A huge improvement from having to get all three into their carriers and deal with traffic and share waiting rooms dogs. The doctor followed up with care plans via emails and billing was a breeze. The only reason I’ll set foot in a clinic again is for an emergency.

GBFirst time client First time client, Cameron and Dr. Tran were friendly, nail trim was a bit overpriced for back claws only! My cat experienced some discomfort overnight which kept me up all night, his paws were sore from nail trim and some bleeding. Overall a good visit.

GBCan't recommend highly enough!! Everything about this whole experience was great. After I made the appointment I was sent a comprehensive form to fill out about my cat (7 years old) - symptoms. medical history, personal traits, diet and anything else I wanted to add. I was sent a reminder of the appointment a day or two in advance. Following advice on Bettervet's web, I put my cat in the bathroom when the vet arrived. Otherwise it would have been impossible, even for me, to hold her for an exam. The vet & her assistant entered the bathroom without me and after a few initial meows, it was quiet and they examined her, weighed her and shaved a small patch on her back where she had irritation. When done, they left some spray antibiotic to apply for a week. Because of the questionnaire, they knew that I couldn't get her to take pills. I only wish there had been vets who made house calls starting a long time ago. Would look forward to recommending them!!

GBThe vet and tech and helper themselves… The vet and tech and helper themselves were great. The only reason it’s not five stars is because it was a slight miscommunication and disconnect on the billing with the insurance.
