I’m so pleased I discovered Odin chairs… I’m so pleased I discovered Odin chairs while researching desk chairs. All the reviews were 5 stars, ordering was easy, and shipping was free and fast - arrived exactly when it was promised and this was during the week before Christmas. Very impressive!

A good chair for sure Ordering was simple and easy. The 747 chair is what I expected and am very happy with the comfort and adaptability. For installation, some of the tap/die holes didn’t go smoothly, I manually threaded screws before attaching the arms or back, then attached them. It wasn’t a big issue.

Customer Service My customer service experience with Odin Lake was surprisingly good. The communication they afforded me upon receipt of my chair was beyond what I see from most other companies, and I did not initially expect it. The issue with my chair was resolved fairly easily, and with intelligence and empathy. The communication was all via email, as they do not provide a service phone number. I broke my first rule of ordering things online ONLY if they have phone contact. I was afraid at first, but it worked out.

I’ve only ever had cheap office… I’ve only ever had cheap office chairs/gaming chairs. It was clear as soon as I put this together that it is a major step up from the other chairs I’ve had in the past. This chair is very comfortable. The lumbar support is great although not adjustable. I don’t find this to be a con given the relatively affordable price and exceptional quality. It’s very supportive overall and I don’t feel it needs adjustment. This chair feels solid. It’s heavy but in a good way. It doesn’t squeak or feel cheap like some chairs. The mesh back and headrest are great and I personally really like the foam seat cushion. It’s soft but supportive. I weigh 175 and it’s great for me so far. My favorite feature is probably the lockable recline in combination with the footrest. Happy I bought this.
