GBCustomer Service My customer service experience with Odin Lake was surprisingly good. The communication they afforded me upon receipt of my chair was beyond what I see from most other companies, and I did not initially expect it. The issue with my chair was resolved fairly easily, and with intelligence and empathy. The communication was all via email, as they do not provide a service phone number. I broke my first rule of ordering things online ONLY if they have phone contact. I was afraid at first, but it worked out.

GBA good chair for sure Ordering was simple and easy. The 747 chair is what I expected and am very happy with the comfort and adaptability. For installation, some of the tap/die holes didn’t go smoothly, I manually threaded screws before attaching the arms or back, then attached them. It wasn’t a big issue.

GBThe best chair I have purchased! I have had this chair now for about a month and I love how comfortable it is. Love the breathable back and firm cushion. Definitely see this chair lasting a long time.

GBI spend a lot of time at my computer I spend a lot of time at my computer. I have had neck and back surgeries. I needed something comfortable and that would give me support. The ergonomic design and functionality is perfect. Everyone I know who has sat in the chair wants one for themselves. I’m extremely happy with the chair and it is very beneficial to my comfort

GBThe delivery was made very fast and… The delivery was made very fast and everything seems to be good. The only issue I have with the chair is that the lumbar support doesn't go higher. I need it about 4" higher from the highest position.
