Time to pile on again...my chair has had a few issues over the years - nothing crazy, normal wear and tear - every time I needed anything the customer service team has been super responsive and empathetic. They've shipped replacement parts same day in most cases. Today I had a repeat problem and rather than sending me parts they opted to replace the entire chair - only a company that stands behind their product and truly cares for their customer would do that. So refreshing, thanks!

The chair is high-quality, comfortable, provides great support, easily customizable, and built well. Just a warning that the delivery box is heavy, it would be prudent to have assistance when carrying and assembling.

The quality of Autonomous products is… The quality of Autonomous products is out of this world. I have both a desk and a chair. They fixed my back issues, and I finally enjoy working again, which has also given me a huge productivity boost. If you ever consider buying one, I highly recommend it.
