Great Desk, iffy assembly Overall, amazing desk. it's the quality I have come to expect from Autonomous. Slight issues over the assembly procedures. When mounting the legs with the mid section, was not clear that they needn't be flush against a surface and the print was very small on the diagram leading to some trial and error.

The company is fine The company is fine. Purchased a smartdesk core. Packaging is fine I guess. Assembly is ridiculous. IKEA is easier. Quality is average to poor. That's my gripe. For what I paid it should have been at least similar quality to IKEA. I wish I bought an IKEA desk but they didn't have a smaller option.

A great chair experience So far the chair has felt great , it was super easy to assemble, it was delivered to me in 2 days which I was not expecting so that was awesome. The seat is comfortable and the headrest is great as well, being able to adjust it is awesome. Now ive only uses it for a couple of days so my only gripe about the chair would be I wish the backrest would be able to go up alil bit more cause I'm a bit tall but otherwise the chair has been great so far. Would recommend it.

If we have had an issue on rare occasion, they are responsive and resolve the issue quickly!
