A ticket system on their app makes it easy to register complaints and follow-up with support personnel. The app also makes it easy to keep track of scheduled maintenance work, internet and door passwords, and other key information. 3. Monthly cleaning services are included in the maintenance fee and they reimburse upto $20 per month for cleaning supplies purchased by you. 4. In-person tours (with a cap of three tours) are organised for you to check out your top options before signing a lease. 5. Onboarding is hassle free. Only absolutely necessary documentation is requested by the team. This is especially helpful for renters who are non-residents. Overall, I would highly recommend June for one’s renting needs.

When I had maintenance issues, they were available 24/7 to resolve it very quickly. They made the move-out process very easy too - just take a few pictures and boom, security deposit returned timely. I absolutely see myself renting with June Homes again if the opportunity presents.

Exactly what I needed in a short-term lease for immediate occupancy I found the apartment exactly as it was presented in the photos and videos that were made available to me before signing the lease. It was very clean when I moved in. The cost of the lease was excellent, with no hidden fees or taxes (e.g., the exorbitant hotel tax charged by a competitor). It was incredibly easy to find a suitable apartment among the many options available through June Homes, and the entire process of applying, signing the lease, and moving into the apartment took only about 24 hours. Everything can be done electronically, including accessing the building and the apartment (which have keyless entry via an app or security code entered on a keypad). The apartment was furnished as promised and had all the kitchen essentials for basic cooking.
