CNSecurity Deposit Unreturned! I lived in an apartment of June Homes from last August to this February. When I moved in, I paid a security deposit of 2000$+. In September, the resident below complained that our bathroom is leaking water to his ceiling. I reported to June Homes on the app asap and they said I had to do nothing except giving access to the workers when necessary. However, when I moved out, June Homes said that they cannot return the security deposit because of the issue. They said I am responsible for that since it happened during my stay. I am still waiting for my security deopsit now. How can a resident cause such huge problem in a short time? Never trust June Homes anymore!

GBMy experience with June homes The apartment is super cozy and has loads of space. The location couldn't be more convenient, and the price is totally reasonable. I absolutely loved my room—it was just perfect. Plus, the customer service was really nice and helpful.

GBQuick repairs, clean apartments, reasonably priced Very positive experience. June Homes had a great inventory that was available for a reasonable price in this market. When I had maintenance issues, they were available 24/7 to resolve it very quickly. They made the move-out process very easy too - just take a few pictures and boom, security deposit returned timely. I absolutely see myself renting with June Homes again if the opportunity presents.
