6-Star experience with Gold Image Printing… Our experience with Gold Image Printing was worth 6 stars, not 5!! Awesome reproduction of original artwork on tent canopy. And the construction of the tent frame itself was MUCH better than what we’ve used for decades. An awesome value and we couldn’t be happier!!

Excellent product and good service with inconsistent customer support Final product was great; turnaround was good, especially for the price. They accommodated pickup timing needs upon request. The professionalism of the customer service varied quite a bit depending on who I spoke or chatted with. They could also do themselves a BIG favor by more clearly describing how their cutoff times work for their different services. (e.g. next day orders have to be submitted by ____ hour the business day before and will be available for pickup no later than _____) overall - satisfied and would use service again.

Turnaround time is INACCURATE I decided to order from Gold Image because of their awesome prices and their guaranteed 4 day turnaround. Well, the low price definitely reflects the service and quality of the product. I ordered on the 3rd and got an email 7 days later (on the 10th) stating my order was now printing. Finally after calling, I received an email on the 14th that it was being shipped. Once received, I've found multiple misprints. I'm so disappointed.
