Turnaround time is INACCURATE I decided to order from Gold Image because of their awesome prices and their guaranteed 4 day turnaround. Well, the low price definitely reflects the service and quality of the product. I ordered on the 3rd and got an email 7 days later (on the 10th) stating my order was now printing. Finally after calling, I received an email on the 14th that it was being shipped. Once received, I've found multiple misprints. I'm so disappointed.

Cardboard Cut Out We purchased a cardboard cut out. There was a two day turn around as promised on the website which was important because it’s being used for my nephews funeral. They were extremely professional and communicated the entire way. They let me know that the first picture I sent wouldn’t turn out well and suggested that I send multiple photos. Although the process was completed online I never had to deal with any automated calls or systems, it was always with a live representative. I will definitely be using them in the future for other needs.

Custom movie poster print Quality of the print is amazing, the order was delayed by a single day but well worth the wait. Material is high quality, and the image clarity is incredible. though to be fair i did go through the trouble of upscaling via AI beforehand. These guys will definitely be my go-to next time i need a custom print.

It’s 5pm and I need 750 stickers for next day At just around 5pm I needed some stickers for next day and an assistant assured me my order will be pushed to production as soon as I placed it and referenced the order number. I received 3 emails the next day at 11am to notify my order is being printed, 3:30pm that my order is being cut and trimmed and at 5pm that my order was ready to be picked up. Excellent!
