It doesn't even use a single update of where the shipping is for my Order SIHOO21400 without any update

ESI don't believe it but I have to say I… I don't believe it but I have to say I regret not ordering from amazon instead. I ordered a chair, payed for delivery, the chair was supposedly on the stock. I ordered a chair more than a month ago and still nothing, every week I get new excuse from support by email that delivery is delayed further and further. I already heared I am going to receive a chair later february, then they gonna ship it at the beggining of march, now they say that its going to be middle of march. What next sihoo, maybe the chair I ordered in january will come in 2025? When I ask for order cancellation they also are not willing to do it. This is some horrible company and horrible customer support. Avoid it or you lose money like me.

DEI'm blown away by the value of the Sihoo M102! This chair is a total steal considering its comfort, durability, and ease of use. I've tried numerous office chairs in the past, but none compare to the affordability and quality of this one. GBI have had a absolute nightmare with… I have had a absolute nightmare with this company after paying the most I ever have for a office chair I expected a ergonomic chair that does the job it states. I was so wrong. After purchasing this chair as soon as built it felt like it was tilting to one side. I got a spirit level and tried it on different floor surfaces but the chair was definitely unlevel. I reached out to the company who have sent 3 different parts to change on the chair which has led me to labour over rebuilding the chair multiple times but it still has the same issue! I also ended up with a bill from FedEx for them sending out replacement parts from China and not paying enough shipping. They recently sent me a new chair in exchange however this arrived with out the legs so is useless. I am now lumbered with a load of chair parts and 2 useless chairs which has not only caused me back pain but also are completely useless. Avoid this company. I will be getting my money back I am currently talking to consumer rights in the UK.
