AUAbsolute nightmare Absolute nightmare. Scam ALERT !!! Four months of agony with Sihoo – wrong item delivered, empty promises, and no resolution in sight. They got me to send back the wrong item, but did not deliver the correct item to me. They couldn't care less about emails and phone calls. It's been four long months, and I am still without the product I paid for. Spare yourself the misery – take your business elsewhere for genuine quality and service Order number is 7813. I have already emailed and called multiple times but there is no response.

NLAfter seeing the ads I was very exited… After seeing the ads I was very exited to buy a chair. But after reading some comments and reviews it didn’t help me to convince me to buy a chair. But after seeing the sales or price I just have to try it. When I saw I could use klarna it convinced me to buy it because the website isn’t so populair in the Netherlands. On the website I saw that the order will be shipped between 2 workdays but after 2 workdays I didn’t got any email that updated my order. So I got very worried if the order was accepted or not. After replying on my order, I’ve got an email back that it was already on its way with an link to the shipping company. The website didn’t really say when it will be delivered and how late, but I saw that it already was landed in the Netherlands. And about an hour after receiving the email with the information, the package was delivered! I was very happy and exited. I found the assembling paper very clear, you just have to read is clearly even on the package for the screws, than it will be very easy. I’m very happy with the product I’ve received and the information that I ask for. If I got an update when and how late my package was arriving it could get 5 stars from me :)

IEMy sihoo m18 has issues I got the sihoo m18 and it’s great but there are some issues. First off, the end of the tilt tension/height adjustment piece was BROKEN off in the box it came in! This is bad because I can’t adjust the height. Also the tilt tension knob WON’T TURN! This is very frustrating since now the backrest is constantly leaning back! And yes I’ve checked and the adjustment is locked not unlocked. 2/5 rating for me. I’ve contacted them by 2 emails and I hope these issues will be resolved
