Prices are very for the customer, especially those on a tight budget like myself. The technician (Octavious) was very knowledgeable and professional. Always a 5 star experience Always a 5 star experience. Very friendly team from the call center to the service tech. Removed vomit from our carpet and rug and didn’t charge anything extra. Call center was very flexible with us on pricing. The whole job of three rooms and a rug was 35 mins from start to finish! I will continue to call Zerorez when we need carpets cleaned.

Our Go To Carpet Cleaners As always, very happy with Zerorez. Scheduling was a snap. The tech was right on time and quite efficient. Getting our living room and dining area cleaned in early December is something we have done every year by Zerorez. No chemicals, clean carpets, prompt service, fair pricing...what else can you ask for?
