Hamperapp is awesome Hamperapp is awesome. I’ve used them twice now to wash large comforters that won’t fit in my machine. They have a ton of availability when it comes to pick up and drop off times and can get it done in as little as a day or two. Super reliable and my stuff comes back so fresh. They even give you a giant green bag that fits a good three queen size comforters. I love Hamperapp!

The washer and dryer in my building was… The washer and dryer in my building was broken and I discovered this service. My clothes were picked up on time and dropped off clean and folded. I even had to call customer support after I placed my order to change a detail and it was super easy. I will be using them from now on.

Lot of work to do The convenience was nice and my clothes were clean. I’d say it was worth the price I paid, however, I actually tried multiple times to cancel the order and the app wouldn’t allow me to cancel. There is a button to cancel but it did not work. Also they lost a few shirts and two pairs of shorts and there isn’t any way on the app to handle this situation. It’s a good idea but it needs work.

Reliable laundry service company I have been a customer for the last 3 years and they have always provided me an excellent service. The driver Robert is very polite and professional. I use this service on a weekly basis and I love their app.
