I even had to call customer support after I placed my order to change a detail and it was super easy. I will be using them from now on.

Lot of work to do The convenience was nice and my clothes were clean. I’d say it was worth the price I paid, however, I actually tried multiple times to cancel the order and the app wouldn’t allow me to cancel. There is a button to cancel but it did not work. Also they lost a few shirts and two pairs of shorts and there isn’t any way on the app to handle this situation. It’s a good idea but it needs work.

I hurt my shoulder so rather than… I hurt my shoulder so rather than carrying my cloths to the laundromat I thought I'd try Hamperapp. The first time I used them the person who returned the delivery couldn't speak English and refused to bring the laundry upstairs. I decided to give the service another try. They neglected to pick up my cloths on the day requested so I had to reschedule. On that day they again sent I guy who spoke no English and he too refused to come and pick up the laundry despite my specific instructions to do so. I canceled the order and will not use this service ever again.
