GBReceived the box a little late and only… Received the box a little late and only one of the items I purchased. I figure they are new so cutting some slack. Customer service did respond timely. Products are quality and mine all coordinated.

GBI absolutely love this I absolutely love this! There are so many great products that I normally would not have tried due to the price, so this is definitely a great way to experience a small portion of those amazing products you've always wanted to try without spending a fortune.

GBExtremely disappointed Extremely disappointed. Ordered in April and have yet to receive anything. One box claims it was delivered, but I never got it. The other box has been “En Route” since May 12th. When I contacted the company regarding the box that was delivered and never received it they told me to report it to the post office and I did that, but haven’t gotten any help besides that. Their customer service is horrible and I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to report it as fraud. As well as I will be reporting them to the BBB.

GBA nightmare to cancel. Do not subscribe. This site is a chaotic mess. I got a first free box for shipping and handling. What they don't tell you (or put in the finest print) is that you must subscribe to a second box and pay 35 dollars. When you try to cancel, you have to send them an email and jump through a million hoops to finally get a link to cancel your subscription. And even now, I still don't trust that my card won't be charged. Keep an eye on your bank account. Also, the makeup is absolute crap.
