ALL of the products in the BABEBOX were…prestigious name brand products, ALL of the products in the BABEBOX were highquality, and I have enjoyed trying the new products! Mascara, liquid eyeliner, cream blush and 2 other products were in the box. I haven't tried the last 2 yet, buit I'm sure they'll be as great as the 3 that I have tried. Very nice prestigious name brand products that you won't find in Wal-Mart.

GARBAGE First off, you can see that the past reviews in the last 11 hours are FAKE!! The company is just writing them so that they look good because the rest of their “customers” are angry like myself. Your company is a scamming, lying, non compliant business. You have no concern for your customers experience and you promise things you can’t provide. I hope you are investigated and shut down.

Received the box a little late and only… Received the box a little late and only one of the items I purchased. I figure they are new so cutting some slack. Customer service did respond timely. Products are quality and mine all coordinated.

Who doesn’t love a surprise in the mail!? I absolutely love receiving my box in the mail. The products are really tailored to the survey you do in the beginning. The customer service department is extremely helpful. I unfortunately had to cancel my subscription due to being furloughed bc of covid. I will most definitely be renewing my subscription as soon as I am able to be less frugal with my spending!

I had a rocky start to this… I had a rocky start to this subscription BUT once all of the kinks were worked it got so much better. When I received my box my palette was busted. I emailed them and they responded right away and said that they would ship out a replacement. Great Customer service means SO MUCH to me when it comes to subscription boxes. I would definitely give it a try y’all!
