GBFirst time ordering from them First time ordering from them. I ordered the March and April one. Tracking said March's would be delivered March 23rd. Didn't receive it but gave it a couple of days. It was in my state but never moved until the 25th when it than moved to a totally different state. Contacted them, with a response saying it can take up to 20 days to receive it. Today I checked and USPS flagged it having counterfeit postage and I would not be receiving the package. What is up with this!?!?

GBSuper disappointed with this company Super disappointed with this company. My order still hasn’t shipped and I haven’t gotten an answer from their customer service team. It takes a long time for their customer service to respond, if they do at all. I ordered a box a while ago and still nothing. Their website also has contradicting info. They still charge you for shipping even though their website advertises free shipping, they don’t ship out boxes on time even though the website says they will be shipped by a certain date, and they advertise themed boxes with content that doesn’t fall within the theme. Had high hopes but won’t be purchasing from them again.

GBScrapbooking box No recipt No contact — took money and did not ship item Ordered scrapbook box on 3/25/24. No shipping email but they took money and it’s been over 2 weeks. No response to my request for info . My first and last time ordering sadly and I had high hopes— Update 4/15/2024– never got shipping tracking notice however I got the April box today . The box itself is fantastic well worth it but customer service and email responses leave a lot to be desired. Plus NEVER got any tracking or shipping notice and it definitely did not ship in the timeframe I had been lead to believe based on order confirmation email . They never responded to numerous emails or posts thru their Facebook page which was also frustrating . A 800 number would go along way to help users.
