GBPoor customer sevice I would give them negative stars if I could. For my first order, I ordered two past kits and one scrapbook kit subscription. One of the past kits did not arrive. So I contacted them and that where the horror began. They insisted that the order was delivered. They did not want to accept that only part of the order was delivered. It’s been one week and I am still attempting to get them to send what I paid for. I will not be ordering anything else and cancelling both subscriptions. It’s not worth the hassle. It’s too bad because their boxes are really good. However their customer service is horrible.

GBTerrible business-refuses to deliver product Item delivered to a state hundreds of miles from me, no apologies, just rude responses and refused to refund. Immediately generated a phony tracking number that, to date, has never shown any movement for my so-called replacement item. They opted to defraud rather than deliver. Had to force PayPal to intervene and refund.

AEGood Christmas Advent Calender I enjoyed opening each box during December. Most of the gifts are very practical and useful like the mini sketchbooks, tape runner, watercolor pallets, brushes and pens. Other items will take a while to figure out. For the most part I have really enjoyed it and will most likely order one next year.
