However, there were 3 areas we'd have liked to have been better: 1) our main contact was 'green' and not terribly knowledgeable 2) we were a bit oversold on the number of offers we were likely to get. We were told we'd likely have many offers based on our circumstances, but it felt like SF took their foot off the gas once we received the first offer and we were strongly encouraged to take it 3) the subtenant vetting process should have been more thorough/rigorous Otherwise, SF was helpful and accessible, and we would do business with them again, but we would be more vigilant above the above points.

Great Experience - Highly Recommended our agent was well versed, knowledgeable, friendly, realistic, appropriately aggressive and trustworthy. it was very unlike other experiences I've had with "typical" brokers who can easily rub you the wrong way or make you feel badly about budget constraints etc. instead our agent was the type of person you'd like to keep in touch with and even grab a drink because she was approachable.

Found us exactly what we were looking for, and in less than 2 weeks. Working with SquareFoot made an otherwise gruesome office move that much more pleasant. Recommended.

Our realtor Emilie was great Our realtor Emilie was great! It was always a pleasure meeting her for viewings, and even though the process for us took over a few months, she was patient and made no gripes about showing us the same locations a few times. We will definitely come back to SquareFoot when we move office spaces again.
