Awesome Experience In love with my space. Brock did an amazing job listening to our needs and working hard to find a place that could fit our needs taking into account a variety of future scenarios (such as expansion). In addition, Brock was understanding of us being uncertain of the exact type of space we wanted as an early stage startup with so much unknown. I'd highly recommend Brock to anyone! A+++

Overall a good experience Overall a good experience. However, there were 3 areas we'd have liked to have been better: 1) our main contact was 'green' and not terribly knowledgeable 2) we were a bit oversold on the number of offers we were likely to get. We were told we'd likely have many offers based on our circumstances, but it felt like SF took their foot off the gas once we received the first offer and we were strongly encouraged to take it 3) the subtenant vetting process should have been more thorough/rigorous Otherwise, SF was helpful and accessible, and we would do business with them again, but we would be more vigilant above the above points.

David really educated us on how the… David really educated us on how the commercial office space rental market works and was not only very patient when we had to adjust course...but was our advocate and an amazing voice of reason in what could have been a confusing process. On top of that - he was fun to work with and we all enjoyed working with him and Square Foot! Many thanks!

Was hoping for a smoother process... Was hoping for a smoother process by going through SquareFoot vs a Broker but ended up feeling like it was more work in a lot of ways (less supply, more conversations, more seeing offices that weren’t really appropriate for what we had specified). Tech front end is okay and helpful to get a quick sense of what’s out there but again most everything was still done over email and was a high touch process.
