When I first started getting pulsar When I first started getting pulsar, it was grade A. But the coils I’ve been getting have NOT worked!!!!! Do not waste your money now. I spend $50 on a five pack of coils and only 2 work!!! And the company doesn’t care!!!! They don’t answer emails or anything. Don’t waste your money.

Why do companies use third party tracking apps? I bought the Pulsar apx at a vape shop. It is durable, a little restricted on the airflow, but a decent unit. I figured I would upgrade and went right to pulsar's website and ordered the pulsar flow. They took the money out of my account right away but there is no way to know my order status. They want you to download the shop app which is a joke. It's useless. No info there. Learn from Amazon and get people prompt and accurate status tracking!

All around junk... I bought the pulsar apx volt, two coils and a bubbler. On day 1 the bubbler broke, on day 3 one of the coils burned out. The unit has a HORRIBLE battery life which is another downfall. So after spending 148 bucks, at the end of the day I am left with a paperweight that probably can't function at that capacity either! DO NOT BUY!

Great Company The customer service and warranty are second to none. My pulsar rok is pretty good. There are some minor issues with it. One thing is that the plastic/metal ring that goes around the concentrate bowl sticks onto the glass topper. This makes capping the bowl when you take a hit somewhat awkward, as you have to yank both the ring and glass topper out when you want to clear your chamber of vapor and then you have to awkwardly fit it all back in when you want to create more vapor in the chamber. This other thing is a nitpick, but there are lots of pieces to manage with my e rig. It is easy to lose them down the drain or break delicate parts when cleaning. With that said, like I said, they are great about helping replace such pieces.

Great company Great company! I've purchase two vapes and both of the purchases were smooth and my vapes are awesome! The website has a clean professional look and payment was easy. Shipping was fast and packaged with care. My first vape is about two years old and still works awesome. If i have questions they email me quicker than i expect them too and give me alot of information when im wondering about making changes to my vapes with different attachments they offer. highly recommended
