GBA total joke A total joke. Zero UI. Terrible Customer service. I send them a video to help with their UI. They made it worse. Shady company. Called the corporate number. I think it's a sham operation.

GBThis is probably one of the worst… This is probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with ANY company. They have NO IDEA what they are doing. I've wasted many months, many dollars, and hundreds of hours cleaning up the mess they have made with my mail situation. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

GBUnprofessional and don't respond I have been trying to cancel this service for several months. They over charged me and never repaid me. I asked for a real address so that I could get business loans they stop responding. I am at my wits end. Do not I repeat do not use this for business purposes, they are unprofessional.

GBBEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. This company is a total scam. They are charging people for notarize form 1583, which they will never do. They will tell you that you will be refunded, they will never send you the refund. My account is blocked 2 weeks ago, I sent messages to support, contacted Sijo Joy, Jessa Kirk, no one ever replied. TOTAL SCAM!!! BEWARE!!!

GBBilled for 7 Months, Never Received Mail Billed for 7 months and never received one scanned letter or 1 package. I received a letter notifying me a package was received from my bank and asking what I wanted the mailroom to do. I asked them to forward to package to my address on file, but after 6 months I never received a response from the mailroom and never received the package. I later sent a test letter to my mailbox and 5 weeks later still didn't get notified it was in the mailroom. I submitted an inquiry to technical support and after 2 weeks they responded "Still we have not received any response from mail room team. Hence close th ticket." I responded that my issue was not resolved and I paid for 7 months of service but didn't receive any mail and they still didn't respond. I tried to cancel the service but didn't receive a response. I had to switch billing cards to my CashApp card and just didn't load money on the card. Comprehensively disappointing.
