DO NOT BUY FROM TRIBESIGNS DO NOT BUY FROM TRIBESIGNS. Items are poor quality and defective. Bought 3 items and all came with poor quality. Drilled holes missing. Cabinet drawers do not close. Purchased 2 desks. Holes would not align. Some holes weren’t drilled. Additionally purchased “matching file cabinet”. Different color from desks. Returned one of the three items. Seller is difficult to work with. Says they will send prepaid label and then doesn’t. Mandates us to re-assemble furniture. Then mandates us to pay for shipping up front. Shipping was $196. They were supposed to reimburse for furniture and shipping. Over $400. They received item on 8/22. And not a word from them and no refund whatsoever. They send inappropriate messages when communicating with them, “Help this little girl out!” Read the reviews. AVOID TRIBESIGNS!!!

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! We ordered a desk and when it arrived it was scratched and parts broken. Have been trying for 12 weeks now to return the merchandise, but they will NOT pay for shipping even though their return policy clearly states they will. HORRIBLE customer service! Customer service is only available via email and they are never helpful. STAY AWAY!!! We are going to take about a $150 loss.

I purchased a kitchen table! Just NO! I purchased a kitchen table. The table instructions stated you must place a rug under it for stability AND the top came in 4 sections with some type of flimsy metal template. I have emailed and call several times. They keep offering bigger discounts and asking that I just assemble the table. I have opened a case with PayPal for assistance to get a return authorization, stopped payment with my bank, etc. Stay Away! They promise easy returns: IT'S 💯 % a total lie.

Non-existent Customer Service Inexpensive so you know the quality is not going to be amazing. But that is not the problem. The problem is zero customer service. Product arrived damaged and the company has not responded to any contact attempt. Cheap Chinese made furniture with non-existent customer service. Do Not do it, buy something better quality and more reputable.

Disappointment The Company in my opinion is not reliable. I ordered a Tribesigns 70.9 inch Sofa Console Table on July 25, 2023 and waited for it's arrival. It never showed up as scheduled. On July 29th, I received a cancellation message on the order, after the first payment was taken. At least they said any money paid would be returned, and I'm grateful for that. Cancellation had something to do with location restrictions, which to this day I don't understand. I always order online and packages are delivered to my home OFTEN. What restrictions on my location????
