Great support when you need it! I had an issue with my account (my mistake) and I emailed support and got a response from Jakob almost immediately. He fixed the issue and I was on my way. I wish all companies worked like this! MotionVFX has always been the best place to shop for plugins and FX that are updated and optimized for the latest designs and the latest OS (in my case Apple silicon) but I didn't know until now how awesome their support is. Nice to work with an actual human - not some AI bot - who can take care of an issue instantly and get me back to work. Great company, great products, great support!

Great customer service and products This man did not give me a work order in case I could not get my program to work. He sent me another e mail to give me a few new ideas to help me. Usually companies like to give one answer, then give me a work order to contact them again. What a wonderful company who has workers that really care about their customers. I will be forever thankful to this man in customer service, and the company who cares for their customers, even if it is the customer’s fault for problem. MotionVFX is simply the best place to… MotionVFX is simply the best place to look for worlds best quality, timesaver presets. In our case we used it to make our first documentary movie. Staff is highly responsive, all the tutorials are in products sites. Now our DaVinci Resolve is able to do magic things. I would recommend MotionVFX to all who would like to raise their production value.
