MotionVFX Products & Customer Service ROCK! MotionVFX Products ROCK! They provide Final Cut Pro tools I can only dream up in my head, but I cannot create, all for an affordable price. Customer service is Exceptional - they helped me to purchase the best MotionVFX product(s) for my film - they also navigated me through some complex Motion Software issues.

Customer service is as good as the plugins! Creating driving education YouTube videos is made so much easier with the simple to use plug-ins from MotionVFX. It wasn't until recently when some of my products didn't work correctly that I had to get in touch with customer services for the first time. The problem was quickly and easily rectified. This made me realise just how much I rely on these excellent products from the super company. Thanks, Ashley Neal

Great support when you need it! I had an issue with my account (my mistake) and I emailed support and got a response from Jakob almost immediately. He fixed the issue and I was on my way. I wish all companies worked like this! MotionVFX has always been the best place to shop for plugins and FX that are updated and optimized for the latest designs and the latest OS (in my case Apple silicon) but I didn't know until now how awesome their support is. Nice to work with an actual human - not some AI bot - who can take care of an issue instantly and get me back to work. Great company, great products, great support!

MotionVFX product & support are exceptional MotionVFX offers both some exceptionally high quality products and the best support I have ever received. I've used their motion graphics for over a year now. First time I had a bug? I reported it, received a chat reply within minutes, they confirmed the bug on their end, solved the issue, sent me $10 of credit for bug reporting, and pushed an update. All of this occured within a few hours. Truly fantastic experience!

Customer service, plus Recently I signed up for a trial. Unfortunately, I was on the last day until I could try out CineStudio. During the day, I was having issues and simply ran out of time. 100% my fault. I asked my questions anyhow. They answered and graciously understood I had extenuating circumstances that limited my ability to really work through the issue I had. They graciously extended my trail. The customer service approach to solving my issue was good, and the plus is they were human about it to extend more time to true see if the program is a fit for me.
