Customer service is as good as the plugins! Creating driving education YouTube videos is made so much easier with the simple to use plug-ins from MotionVFX. It wasn't until recently when some of my products didn't work correctly that I had to get in touch with customer services for the first time. The problem was quickly and easily rectified. This made me realise just how much I rely on these excellent products from the super company. Thanks, Ashley Neal

Great product for content creators! Great product for content creators! Superb support, friendly developers, fair prices - You should definitely try the 14-day trial! I use it for Final Cut Pro, and the developers also provide short tutorials on YouTube for all the plugins, which help you quickly learn how to use them. I haven't regretted it, and it makes my work easier in many Situations.

Customer service, plus Recently I signed up for a trial. Unfortunately, I was on the last day until I could try out CineStudio. During the day, I was having issues and simply ran out of time. 100% my fault. I asked my questions anyhow. They answered and graciously understood I had extenuating circumstances that limited my ability to really work through the issue I had. They graciously extended my trail. The customer service approach to solving my issue was good, and the plus is they were human about it to extend more time to true see if the program is a fit for me.

I'm so impress by the service of those… I'm so impress by the service of those guys. I had an issue with a plug in, and they went in apple motion, change it for me and do a fantastic job to help. Thanks for you guys. Litteraly the best.

Great aftersales First of all the aftersales are unmatched. I had an issue installing plugins from the app (that turned out to be a rare-case general). More than a week I was asked questions, check things, upload things and try-out a new version, which in the end solved the problem, so now I'm gonna try out. The even gave me a credit for reporting and helping out with details to solve it. (If you have had problems installing, especially not completing try out the newest version (via settings, update) or at least report your issue, they really try to solve it)
