She rectified the issue by shipping a replacement order to ensure it arrived on time. Overall great service Overall great service. I paid for next day delivery and the prayer cards not only arrived in the morning, but the packaging was fantastic! I loved that there was a bright label on the box that requested on-time delivery for a funeral. The cards were lovely and a nice quality. I deducted one star because I could swear I clicked on double laminate but the cards arrived without lamination. When I called to ask, they said I requested gold foil and that choice could not be laminated. I don't recall requesting gold foil. If I knew the cards would not be laminated, I would've chosen a different color for the prayer card to make sure they were laminated. The company did offer to resend with a discount, but I opted not to. Besides that error (that could have been my own fault), I would highly recommend Funeralprints.com
