Bookmarks are beautiful While I did have some frustration working with the online program, tech support was awesome and helped me out a lot. When you are rushing to get an emotionally charged thing done some things get missed. When the bookmarks arrived I literally cried tears of gratitude and could feel how much my dear sister would have loved them.
