GBWrinkle filler I ordered the line filler- I have to say I was skeptical- this was my last resort before Botox! It works! Literally I have tried every product for my deep smile lines-this works-totally am a customer forever! Customer service is wonderful and shipping was under a week! Was hesitant because of the price- but let me tell you-worth every cent! Thank you city beauty-

GBDelayed shipping -cannot cancel - Customer has to pay for return shipping cost Very disappointed will not order again. Very long delivery - tried to cancel due to delay, was informed could not cancel. On returns - Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Lack Customer focus. There are so many great skin care company options that provide better service. Many poor reviews on line about City Beauty.

GBGood Products and Customer Service I’ve been buying from City Beauty for several years. I’m in the UK. The company responds to inquiries quickly and refunded money when I mistakenly ordered something twice. The products are excellent.

GBI recently got a chance to experience… I recently got a chance to experience CityBeauty services. Although it was an avrage experience, I am somehow satisfied with what I had. Over all I am happy with their customer support and quallity of their products. Despite few delays, things mostly got done quickly and I didn't have to complain. Although the product qunallity was better than I expected, the prices could have been a bit more reasonable. Overall, it was almoust good experience.

AUDire lack of elementary sales service Years ago I received good products from CB. Currently their customer service is non-existent. I think they use bots, with a signature made to look like a real person. I paid for an order but over a month later it has not been shipped - that is, not only not delivered, but not even dispatched. The customer service 'person'/bot just responds non-sensically about this, copy-pasting repetitive default replies instead of attempting to solve the problem. Beyond frustrating. It will end up being a claim, as there seems to be no way to access a real/competent/interested person. Shame, because we can't risk more purchases if they waste this amount of our time just trying to receive products or get our money back. If CB don't fix this, it will be their downfall.
