There are several things I dislike…charged my account before they even filled my order. Everyone I have delt with charges once shipped. There are several things I dislike about this company but after voicing my complaints I was issued a full refund. On that basis I give them 3 stars for giving me my money back.

Bad Business practice I placed an. order for a product on 2/16. I saw, on 2/19, that my cc was charged. By 2/29, I had not received the product, nor been advised as to what was happening with the order. I sent an email inquiring about the situation, and they did respond saying that the product was out of stock but was expected to ship at the beginning of April. Very bad business practice in charging cc before sending product, and also not advising customer that they have no product on hand.
